Please note that all bookings are subject to the following terms and conditions:

• Only two bookings can run simultaneously; one table is always left available for shared practice and visitors, except for match nights and special events.

• All bookings require a minimum of 12 hours notice. Practice bookings can be made a maximum of 4 days in advance. Matches can be booked upto 60 days in advance.

• You can only modify, move or delete a booking upto 12 hours before the scheduled start time. After this you can only mark the booking as cancelled or finished. If you cancel a booking with less than one hour's notice, you will not regain your allowance for that week.

• All table bookings during peak times, from 6pm to 11pm, Monday to Friday, incur an additional £1 fee to be paid at the club.

• Booking a table does not automatically guarantee you entry to the club. You should have your own keyfob or attend with another member who can let you in. Nobody else is obliged to attend at your chosen time.

• If the home player is not present by 30 minutes after the scheduled start time, the booking is void.

• For match bookings, once the match is complete, cancelled, or if the away player does not arrive, the table is no longer for sole use of the match players. Please treat it as a normal practice table at that time.

• Anyone found to be booking tables for matches that do not exist or otherwise misusing the booking system will have their ability to book tables, and potentially their membership revoked.

• For matches only the home player needs to pay. For practice sessions all players using the table need to pay.

• If you are leaving last, you are responsible for ensuring that all sockets, irons, lights and heating are turned off and the club is tidy and secure. Please wash any glasses and dispose of any rubbish before leaving.
